3 oz of chicken
1 c broccoli flowerets
1/4 c Carrots
2 t butter
3/4 c cooked brown rice
1/2 egg beaten
2T low sodium soy sauce
Cook chicken and steam broccoli and carrots. Heat a large skillet and add butter. Add cooked chicken, veggies, brown rice, beaten egg, and soy sauce. Cook for 2 minutes until egg is cooked or warmed through.

It's not a Diet it's a Life Style Change
When I decided to lose my weight, it was truly a mind change not just a physical change. I had to realize that it wasn't just another diet but a complete life style change. I have alot of my family and friends who always ask me what am I doing to lose my weight. I tell them eating right and exercising. I created this blog to share what I eat and what I learn about nutrition. I don't know if any of this will help anyone or not. But I support anyone who wants to change their unhealthy life. Cause we are all worth fighting for.
